These cover this website — the pages served at hmcortex.com — and nothing else. hm itself and an account at account.hmcortex.com are separate things governed by separate documents. Where one of those exists it is linked below rather than summarised, and where one does not exist yet this page says so instead of inventing it.
01 / WHAT THIS SITE IS
A reading surface, and only that.
Pages that describe a product. There is no sign-in here, no form, no field to type into, nothing to buy, and no part of hm running on it. Reading is the whole of what this site offers, so these terms are about reading it.
Access to hm is limited today, and nothing on this site grants it. No page here creates an account, takes a payment, or supplies the software.
02 / WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH IT
Read it, quote it, link to it.
Quote any of it and link to any page of it, in public or in private, without asking. Attribution is welcome and not required. One request rather than a condition: these pages carry constraints as often as claims, and a claim lifted out of the sentence that limits it becomes a different claim.
The name Hyrum Machinery, the hm mark and the design of these pages are ours. Naming us is fine; presenting yourself as us is not.
03 / WHAT IT IS NOT
Not an offer, and not a warranty.
A description of what hm does is a description. It is not a promise about what the product will do on your machine or for your company, and reading it forms no agreement with anyone.
Where something has not been decided, the page that would carry it says so: pricing publishes no figure and the download page offers no artifact. Neither absence is a placeholder for a reader to fill in. The site itself can change or stop being served, and no page here is a commitment to keep it up.
04 / THE SOFTWARE
The terms for using hm are a different document.
And it is Not drafted yet. Nobody has been named to write it, so nothing on this site licenses hm, grants a right to use it, or sets the terms under which it is supplied. When that document exists it is linked from this section, and until then its absence is the answer rather than something this page forgot.
The gap matters less than it looks, because there is nothing to obtain yet either. A page that produced a licence for software you cannot get would be inventing both halves of the transaction.

account.hmcortex.com holds identity, the organisation you belong to, and a short list of preferences. It publishes its own trust pages, written against its own code and held to it by its own tests, and this page does not restate them — a second copy of a privacy notice is correct on the day it is written and wrong the first time the original is edited.
