PRICING / THE SHAPE
What a seat is, and what is not priced yet.
hm runs on your machine, against a folder on your machine that holds the project and its record — a Works. What you would pay for is access to the product and the governance around it, never the work the agents do. Access is limited today, so what follows is the shape of the packaging rather than a menu to buy from.
01 / THE SEAT
A seat is one person.
One human with access, directing the work and answerable for it. That is the whole definition, and every other line on this page rests on it.
The agents are not seats. hm exists so that a company takes on more work by giving more jobs to agents rather than by hiring more people to watch them, and a charge per agent would tax the one behaviour the product is for. So an agent doing a single job, with an owner and a deadline — a hand — is capacity you govern with a budget, never a head you are billed for.
02 / YOUR MODEL ACCOUNT
The model account stays yours.
The agents run against your own model account and you pay that provider directly — you bring your own key, or BYOK. hm buys no inference on your behalf and resells none to you, which is why the largest and most volatile cost of running a factory of agents never appears on an invoice from hm.
What hm does instead is govern it: you set a spending cap, every run is tracked against it, and work stops when the cap is reached. That is the boundary the whole packaging sits on — hm charges for access and for the record, and your provider charges for the work.
03 / THE PACKAGING
What each tier includes.
Inclusions, not amounts. Every row below is a capability the product has today; a tier that listed something unbuilt would be this page's version of a button with no download behind it.

04 / THE NUMBERS
No price is published yet.
Per-seat pricing is not published yet, and neither is a company base fee, an annual discount, or a figure of any other kind. The pricing call has not been made, and the research behind this page labels its own arithmetic illustrative — publishing an illustration would be a commitment nobody has agreed to.
So the figures sit behind a single switch that is off, and the decision that turns it on is what fills them in. Until then the column heads say Not published yet in the place a figure would be, because a price is the first thing looked for on a page like this and its absence should be an answer rather than an oversight.
There is nothing on this site to buy either: no checkout, no billing, and no tier you can start on your own. Nothing here takes a payment or creates an account.
05 / WHAT TO DO WITH THIS
Pricing is a conversation.
Say what you are trying to run and who would be directing it, and you get a straight answer about what it would take. The route for that is the contact page. If you cannot reach it, ask whoever pointed you at this page.
